2010 Questionnaires - comments have again been noted and we have responded to your wishes where possible.
A.G.M's. will take place at the end of each May Music Day as from May 2002.
Please read the Annual report during the ‘DAY’, which you will find on the walls in the Main hall at Barnfields along with the Statement of accounts. We will have a very brief meeting at the end of the Day to approve the Committee for the next year etc. and the accounts.
If you have any queries, see Alan Smith at the door during the day and he will pass them on as appropriate. This should save time after a hard and tiring, but hopefully enjoyable day.
